We deliver Royal Haven's heritage-inspired luxury pieces worldwide from our base in Ottawa, Canada.

• Standard Domestic (Canada): 3-7 business days.
• Standard Intl (USA): 7-14 business days.
• International Shipping: 10-21 business days, depending on location and customs.

Please note: Processing time for ready-to-wear is 1-3 business days. Bespoke garments require additional time as specified during the consultation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.

We want you to love your Royal Haven pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, you have **14 days** from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within **7-10 business days** of our receipt and inspection of your returned item.

For international orders, please be aware that local customs duties and taxes may apply and are not included in the purchase price. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
